Schools Required To Identify Obese Students

Have you seen this story yet?

Schools in England will be required to inform parents of students are obese. Shouldn’t that be obvious to the parents? I hardly think that getting a note or a phone call from a school administrator will suddenly open parents’ eyes to the fact that their children are overweight if they haven’t noticed it on their own.

What do you think?

Note: The original blog entry contained a link to the actual story. I think I have learned a lesson not to link to news stories any more as it seems that large news organaization aren’t leaving their news arhcives online permanently.
