How To Know You Are Getting Old

Ways To Know You Are Getting Old

I realized the other day that the shirt I’m wearing is older than a college graduate! It’s 22 years old. I bought it on the day before Thanksgiving in 1988. I’m not sure whether the fact I am still wearing it all these years later is a testament to the fact that I’m extremely thrifty or hopelessly out of style…let’s call it both!

That got me thinking about ways to know you are getting old.

Here is a short list:

– You have clothes older than college graduates!

– Your holding books and newspapers closer to your eyes or father away from your eyes.

– You are still reading books and newspapers in hard copy rather than electronically.

– You can relate to every one of these bits of 80’s trivia listed here.
