Halloween Glitter Pumpkins

With Halloween only a week away, here is a fun activity you can do with the kids on a rainy day. (They should be outside playing in the leaves or raking the leaves if it is a sunny day!)

Here’s what you need to make Halloween glitter pumpkins.

– blank white paper of construction paper.
– gue in a bottle or a gluestick
– glitter

Have the kids draw the design of the pumpkin or jack-o-lantern with the glue and then have them add glitter to it. When it dries, they should tap the paper lightly over another piece of paper to catch the excess glitter (so it won’t end up on your floor or carpet) and save the extra for another time.)

When it gets dark out, they can shine a flashlight on the pumpkins to see them glow in dark.
