Dr. Spock And Beyond

Where did parents get parenting advice from years ago? I would say the leading sources were Dr. Benjamin Spock’s books and their own parents.

While those may still be valid sources, the Internet has certainly opened up many more as well.
Here is a short list of resources that parents might want to add to their bookmark list for free time reading:

Parenting Magazine – a staple on the newsstand that also has a well-organized and nicely presented website
Family Education – also an attractive site which has information broken down by children’s age groups
Keep Kids Healthy – a site devoted to children’s medical information
