Thats an interesting question. I guess you would have to ask the kids these days. I to grew up in the 70's as a kid, and the 80's as a teen until 87. I know it was really fun back in those days. I had a great childhood. Great toys, great family, friends, great memories of those times. Its just different times now. Kids do things alot different these days, well most things different anyway. Things were much more simple back then, but of course the technology was not as good either. No pc's, cell phones, I Pods, etc. Everything is electronic, computerized now. Just this last Saturday, I mentioned to my mother about the cartoons(very few) that are on today.I mentioned how the graphics are, compared to the ones in the 70's and 80's. They are all done on computers. The technology is greater today, and kids today are growing up in that world, which is completely different then the one I grew up in. I cherish the time I grew up in, and I am thankful I grew up when times were still a little more laid back and simple then today. Just different times. Kids do not know any better, dont care, because this is their time, just like the 50's and 60's were most of our parent's time growing up, the late 60's, 70's and 80's were our times.
