Access To Information
By now, you have probably seen the commercials for LifeLock, the company which uses its CEO’s social security number in its advertising. (If you haven’t seen any of the commercials, just visit the website and the first thing that comes up on the site’s front page at the top is the CEO’s picture, name, and social security number.)
The whole point of the advertising is that the company is demonstrating their service, more accurately, the benefit of their service, that customers’ information is safe because of LifeLock’s proactive credit monitoring.
In this day and age of computer databases, it’s atually amazing how many places and agenciers have information about people. If you ever watch the tv show 24, it’s amazing how the CTU agents can instantly call up information about people including driving records, passport information, financial transacations, etc. Of course, that’s TV show, but stop and think about how all your information from differenct sources really is stored in databases all over the place.
Do you know anyone who has used LifeLock to prevent identity theft?
Someone Else's Kids also acts as an affiliate marketing partner for The Total Transformation Program supplier Legacy Publishing Company.
