Oyster Jokes You Can Use
One of the fun things about writing a blog is that you never know what topic will come about as a writing opportunity.
I can’t say I ever would have imagined creating an oyster joke, but who can pass up a fun writing challenge like that from the Be Oyster Aware website which has information on
Gulf oysters and much more.
Here’s the joke…
Question: What do you call an oyster that wants to join a convent?
Answer: A cloister oyster!
You can stop chuckling/groaning now and check out the Be Oyster Aware website at the link in the second paragraph. It will teach you all kinds of oyster facts including information about the harvesting process, health information about eating raw or undercooked oysters, and provide you with recipes for creating your own oyster dishes.
UPDATE: Another thing about writing a blog that you can’t predict is what topics and search terms will actually bring people into the blog. This is one of them. Apparently, people must love oyster jokes!
