Frozen Lasagna

I was recently able to purchase a six pound Stouffer’s frozen lasagna. I am not sure if the regular grocery store even sells them that large, but I got this one at a club membership place.

The price of the lasagna was eleven dollars, which seems pretty hefty. Six pounds goes a long way, though and we were able to get a total of six individual meals out of it. Eleven dollars for six meals? Definitely worth it! (In addition to Stouffer’s, there are several other brands that are even less expensive, but I have not seen one in such a large size and also I haven’t foudn one that tastes as good.)

Also, considering the amount of work it would take to make lasagna, this is one food for which we can be thankful that someone else has done the prep and assembly work and all we have to do is heat them in the conventional oven or in a microwave.
