Interesting Gift Ideas

As the holiday shopping season countdown continues, you may be finding it harder and harder to keep coming up with fresh gift ideas for everyone on your list.

Thank goodness for the Internet! You can find so many things that you would otherwise never even know existed. Here is a good example of a website that I heard a bout for the first time today. It’s called JacarandaStyle and it sells hand made items produced in South Africa. There is an example of some of the items in the picture below.

Aren’t those cool? I have never seen dinnerware or silverware like that before. For someone on your gift list who “has everything,” I’m betting they don’t have those and would never guess what was inside the box if you bought those for them. They would definitely be conversation pieces for a dinner party.

Another interesting thing about the site is that they’ve received publicity for donating a portion of proceeds to a South African elementary school.
