Keeping The Real Estate License Active
I have a friend who works in a real estate office and it turns out that there are more part time real estate agents than there are full time agents. This doesn’t really surprise me since I have met many people in various jobs and careers over the years who kept their real estate licenses active while they worked on other ways of generating income.
It only makes sense that once you have obtained such a license, you would renew it rather than letting it lapse. Once you let a professional license lapse, it’s more work to reinstate it than if you had just renewed it periodically while going along.
