Executive Headhunting
I have to admit the first time I heard of the term “headhunting,” all I could imagine was the episode of Gilligan’s Island in which the castaways are faced with headhunters invading their settlement on the island.
Of course, back then I was just a kid and didn’t know anything about the world of human resources and executive job search placement firms. If you or someone you know is looking for an executive job (or even a great entry level one) in the financial services area, then you should send him or her to the link I specified.
The truth is that many, some people say “most,” decent jobs are never advertised in traditional channels. In fact, serious executive jobs are not advertised at all. Even if you see an ad for the position, that is not how the recruiters are really finding applicants. It all happens behind the scenes with executive search firms who have the inside track as to which companies are hiring for the best jobs.
Someone Else's Kids also acts as an affiliate marketing partner for The Total Transformation Program supplier Legacy Publishing Company.
