American Gladiators Paintball Idea

Have you heard of that NBC is bringing back the show American Gladiators? I have an idea for the producers. Wouldn’t it be cool if they included paintball as part of the game?

Although I’ve never played paintball, I have seen paintball guns up close when they were being used with the CO2 cartridges to produce sound effects for a movie scene. They looked really good and I am sure they would work well in the American Gladiators arena when televised.

The show would be able to afford top of the line Tippmann paintball guns and a site that sells those and other various supplies for the game such as Ultimate Paintball (PntBall.com) could be part of the action sending a rep to the set to work as the technical adviser for that portion of the game.

Of course, the TV show’s website would have a link to Ultimate Paintball so viewers could get their favorite gladiator’s or contestant’s model for use in their own games. The site already offers free shipping so maybe they could thrown in a signed American Gladiators trading card or something promotional from the show.

Now that I’ve outlined a marketing plan for the producers and possible business partners, tell me what you think. Should we send this to the powers-that-be at the show and the network honchos?american gladiators, paintball
