Sydney Australia Vacation

I was on vacation last week.

I was not in Sydney, Australia, though. I was only gone for a week. I think a vacation to Australia would demand more time than a week, considering the travel time to and from the destination as well as the myriad of things to do and see once you arrived in the land down under, as it is called.

Some quick online research gives so many options that travelers staying in Sydney hotels won’t knwo what to first. As with any vacation, it depends on the personality and interest of the vacationers. Those looking for a cultural experience might try the Sydney Opera House while those wanting rest and relaxtion could head for Manly Beach. Animal lovers will find the Taronga Zoo and the Sydney Aquarium to their liking.

People who like scenic water views can stay at Darling Harbour hotels. In fact, this location provides “the best of both worlds” as it is also located a mere five minutes away from a local exhibition center and extensive nightlife options.

Getting a little father away from the main action, but still close enough to be a walkable distance by the more athletic (and easily within reach via train or taxi) is staying in North Sydney hotels. This area is business area favored by large companies so may be ideal for those traveling to the Syndey area on business.
