A.E. Feldman is a recruiting firm that has been around since 1967 that specializes in finance and accounting jobs.
One thing that stood out to me is that the company explains on its website that its recruiters are former professionals in the areas in which they recruit. That is not the case at many recruiting firms so I think that would be a great plus in Feldman’s favor. Recruiters who don’t understand jobs from the workers side of an industry will not be be able to make the same kind of matches as those who have actually done the jobs themselves.
