Cost of Insurance
My friend and I were discussing the other day how high the cost of insurance is these days. Not that it was ever cheap in our adult lifetimes, but it still gets worse every year. I can’t believe it when I read the newspaper accounts every year of how insurance companies ask the state insurance boards for double digit rate increases.
There is no type of insurance that is immune from it either. The carriers continually want increases in car insurance rates, health insurance rates, and home insurance rates. It seems that state legislators always have some insurance reform bill they are touting which promise to bring premium relief, but why do those bills never seem to actually reduce the rates once they become law?
Take advantage of the Internet and compare car insurance rates and other insurance type rates before you make the decision as to which carrier will get your hard earned money.
